How can I view prices for all the products featured on this website?
If you are a re seller you are invited to register with us for secure access. Your application will be vetted by our administration team and then with log- in you will be able to see more details on each product.
Can I view stock levels?
Our system does not currently offer a real time stock status – for up to date levels and forthcoming delivery schedules please contact us via email or phone.
Do you offer samples?
Yes we do! Please read our samples service policy here. We try to send samples out from previous jobs that have been engraved to best illustrate the engraving quality and finish.
Can I obtain Pre Production Samples?
Yes you can! We understand that sometimes a customer cannot visualise a laser engraved reproduction of their branding and are cautious about placing a bulk order in case of disappointment. We are certain a PPS will satisfy their concerns and do encourage this route to secure orders – historically we have a 100% record on orders placed following production of a PPS! Please call for a quote and turnaround time.
How do I purchase?
Our products are available to purchase via the trade only. If you are a re seller please contact us to set up an account if you do not already have one.
I am an end Customer – How do I purchase?
Without log-in we invite you to browse our products online and select your preferred items. Then either speak to your incumbent business gift distributor and they will be able to supply you, contact the BPMA for a list of accredited distributors or contact us via the online submission form and we will redirect your enquiry.
Can I purchase online?
We do not currently offer an e commerce store. Trade orders can be placed by sending your official purchase order via email to sales@cegltd.co.uk. Orders are usually acknowledged within 4 working hours.
What is your delivery lead time?
Given stock is available at time of order placed we offer as standard a 10 working day lead time. With stock held on site and in house laser engraving we have complete control over the production cycle so should you have a shorter critical date we can often achieve this by moving production around and operating extended hours – please specify with your enquiry and order.
Do you offer a print solution to your metal products?
NO – we do not recommend printing as on metal products this will not offer the longevity that laser engraving does – should you require a colour finish to keyrings we can at source offer a die cast and colour stamp filled option – minimums apply and there is longer lead time. The exception to this is some of our pens which can be screen printed.
Is it possible to make a modification to a product I can see on the website?
Yes it may well be! Let us know what modifications you are looking for and we can either manufacture to order or modify in house – for example with ease we can change the split rings on keyrings, the outer packaging and in some cases the engraving finish. Where a different size or colour stitching is required to a leather fob or a unique pattern to a pen barrel we need to organise this with our factories so lead times may be longer – please call with your enquiry.
I am looking for something completely unique manufactured in metal can you help?
Yes we may well be able to – with over 40 years experience in manufacture, production and handling imports we are well placed to support your bespoke order. We specialise in metal gifts, jewellery pieces and badges – please click here for more information and do call with your specific enquiry.
Can you laser engrave our own products? Do these have to be metal?
Yes we offer a laser engraving service – more often than not we can advise on receipt of a picture if we are able to help – for a quote we do need to do a time test so will need to receive a physical sample.
We use the latest hi tech engraving machines which means we can laser engrave onto many materials such as wood, glass, acrylic, leather and foam – most recently we have engraved customer supplied wooden spoons, metal dough cutters, aluminium powerbanks and mini speakers.
